Originality and authenticity are combined in our kitchens where we create homemade local dishes, typical of our genuine farming traditions, alongside specialities characteristic of the rich Italian cuisine. The delicious results derive from our combining careful preparation with the choice of the best ingredients from organic produce from the farm or selected local producers.

At breakfast, there is a range of sweet or savory dishes to choose from to accompany a hot cup of fresh coffee or tea. For example, we offer handmade sponge cakes and muffins, homemade jams and cured meats, fresh eggs from our chickens and ducks as well as milk from the local organic dairy. We are also happy to tailor the breakfast to your individual wishes.

The cured meats produced on the farm and cooked meat dishes, typical of Molisan cuisine, are enriched with vegetables and fruits from our land. Also grown on our fields are grains such as spelt, rye, wheat and durum wheat as well as corn whose flours allow us to prepare a range of delicious bruschette to compliment an olive oil tasting
